Dr. Martos-Perry is in private practice in Oakland where she sees adults, families, adolescents, and children. She is Clinical Director for the East Bay Chapter of A Home Within, a national organization serving the needs of foster children. Nora was born in Argentina and is fully bilingual and bicultural.

Her clinical and research interests include community psychology, psychoanalytic and developmental theory, trauma, acculturation, cultural identity, and language. She has served on the faculty at McAuley Neuropsychiatric Institute, and as Interim Director of Clinical Services at

WestCoast Children's Center. Nora trained at UC Davis and at St. Mary's Hospital. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with high conflict families, and conducted training for the Livermore School District, San Mateo County Social Services, U.C. Berkeley Extension, and the San Francisco Child Abuse Council.
