Dr. Watson is a forensic neuropsychologist practicing nationally. He has extensive experience in the evaluation of traumatic brain injuries and intellectual disabilities. Previously he was a consultant to residential traumatic brain injury treatment programs. His current practice is focused on the evaluation of criminal defendants and appellants involved in capital litigation. In that role he is a frequent consultant to attorneys regarding the interface between neurocognitive dysfunction and criminal law. He has testified in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, He has made numerous presentations on forensic neuropsychology and the evaluation of intellectual disabilities. He has taught assessment at the Wright Institute for over 15 years.
