Dr. Kusnir is a psychoanalytically and multiculturally informed psychotherapist who has been in private practice since 2014. He is presently the Associate Clinical Training Director at the Psychological Services Center at the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has been a clinical supervisor since 2016, supervising for the Pacific Center for Human Growth, the Wright Institute, and the California Institute of Integral Studies.

He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Access Institute and served on the faculty in 2018. He has a dedication to social justice. He is partially blind and creates psychologically informed media and conducts trainings in clinics and schools to help diminish stigma against people with disabilities. His practice has a special interest in work with people who feel marginalized and are integrating facets of their identity.
