Office of Accessible Education

Office of Accessible Education

The Wright Institute is committed to providing access for qualified students to our academic programs. Reasonable and appropriate accommodations are extended through the office of Accessible Education to eligible students in an effort to create an equal opportunity to enjoy and participate in Wright Institute educational programs. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Extended time for completing exams
  • Separate space for testing
  • Note-takers

Students submit the Academic Adjustments, Auxiliary Aids and Services form in their WI Portal accounts. A sample request form can be found here. Additional details on the application process can be found in the Student Handbooks and the WI Portal under Resources/Handbooks & Manuals.

Students are encouraged to set up a confidential appointment to discuss accommodation guidelines and available services. If a student completes and submits a request form, they will automatically be contacted by the Coordinator of Educational Access.

For more information or to discuss the application process, please contact access@wi.edu.
