K Wortman, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist with a private practice in Oakland, California. Her approach to assessment and psychotherapy is culturally centered, strength-based and identity affirming. She enjoys working with people in their teens through older adults and their families.

Dr. Wortman’s clinical training adhered to Houston Conference guidelines for clinical neuropsychology specialization. Internship training was completed at the Sierra Nevada VA Healthcare System in Reno, Nevada. She completed two years of postdoctoral training at VA Palo Alto, Stanford School of Medicine and in a private practice apprenticeship with Dr. Deborah Cahn-Weiner, PhD, ABPP.
